First of all, I do really like this picture overall. I am also not a photoshopper, just a writer, so I will only be able to tell you what I think as the viewer, if that's okay? Just ignore my Technique score, since I don't believe I'm qualified to rate it.
So, emotionally this picture, despite it's title, is actually rather soothing for me. It's the waterfall that does it. The two moons appearing through the water have for me an air of menace, and impending doom. Intellectually it has a sense of wonder, and gives the woman the presence of a deity. Not the Earth Mother, but a stellar deity of sorts, if you can understand what I mean.
Lighting around the woman is very nice, draws attention to her beautifully, though the moons, especially the large one, are the thing my eye is drawn too first, due to it's size. Her hair flows into the water nicely, but the fabric not quite so. It's just a tad (a tad, mind) more noticable. It also seems like there should be more water flowing over the surface of the moons, even if just droplets, but I can understand why there is not.
The only real thing that draws my notice is the mist at the bottom. I'm assuming it's mist, anyway. To me it just appears as if the entire bottom has been desaturised and greyed. It is noticeably out of place with the rest of the picture: the top crisp and clean, whereas the bottom appears very blurred, and a bit of a struggle to look through (though I do need a new pair of glasses so that may be it). As such the flowing bush and other plants at the bottom also appear more realistic than the foilage at the top. I apologise though if this is deliberate, given the almost deific feel the woman has, but to me, and this is only my opinion, it makes it feel a lot less fantastical, as a whole.
However, like I said, I couldn't photoshop to save my life, so I hope you can understand where I'm coming from. I do like it overall, and I have favourited it, because I love the concept behind it. The bottom is the only thing I think can be really improved on. Otherwise: absolutely stunning.
